Kat Wilkins

Welcome.

If you’re reading this,

it might mean you subscribed directly to my substack, signed up receive emails from me, or requested to be notified when I offer online groups for survivors of narcissistic abuse.

Don’t want to be on this list?

Feel free to unsubscribe at any time.

You help me hold onto hope.

Most of you found me by reading my recent two-part blog series on narcissistic systems (post 1 and post 2).

I’ve heard from so many of you who know the pain of narcissistic abuse and are walking through this unimaginable journey of making sense of the nonsensical. Your resilience (though you probably didn’t choose to be resilient) inspires me.

Thank you for sharing parts of your stories with me.

It is an honor to hold with you some of the most agonizing threads of your story. In beginning to name what you’ve gone through, you tell yourself truth. Truth amidst experiences that would above all, try to obscure the truth, twist it, hide it.

I’m not sure yet what this space/newsletter will look like.

I love writing but don’t have much capacity for that now (I’m currently the primary provider in my family, parenting a 6 year old and 9 year old, and living with chronic fatigue and health issues).

Just know that in offering me a corner of your inbox, you give me a gift that reminds me: we’re not alone.

Thank you for being here.

(Here is a glimpse into my life right now: my kids, who just started 3rd grade and Kindergarten yesterday xoxox)
