Trauma isn’t what happens to you, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”

A PLACE TO BEGIN

You don’t need a perfect label
to know something hurts.

Trauma can take different forms, and it may not always look like what you expected. If one of these experiences feels familiar, we can make room for your story together—at a pace that feels manageable.

Abuse or relational harm

You learned to stay alert around someone who was meant to be safe—through control, criticism, coercion, betrayal, or harm that changed how you trust.

Specific, overwhelming event(s)

An accident, loss, medical crisis, violence, or other event may be over, but your body still responds as though it could happen again.

Complex trauma or cPTSD

When hard experiences were repeated or ongoing, you may carry a deep sense of shame, disconnection, or exhaustion without knowing where to begin.

Religious or spiritual trauma

You may be sorting through teachings, belonging, fear, or a loss of certainty after a faith community or spiritual framework caused harm.

If this is your story, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Care that is personal, not prescriptive

A team of clinicians committed to your agency.
