Coaching

A reflective space for meaning, faith, and purpose. Not therapy, and not a pep talk: a thoughtful companion for a season of decision, doubt, or change.

What coaching with us is like

Some seasons aren't a crisis. They're a crossroads. A decision you keep circling. A faith that doesn't fit the way it used to. A quiet sense that your life and your values have drifted apart, and you'd like them to meet again.

Coaching is a place to think out loud with someone who is curious, honest, and on your side. We'll help you listen to your own life: what you care about, what's pulling at you, what you're afraid of, and what might be next. You set the agenda. We ask good questions and help you move from insight to action.

Because coaching isn't therapy, it's available to people anywhere, not just in the states where we're licensed. If what you're carrying turns out to need more than coaching, we'll tell you honestly and help you find the right kind of care.

Wholeness can also be described as soulfulness, a life that's centered, passionately engaged, open, creative, connected, and propelled by a sense of mission.

Is coaching a fit?

Maybe this sounds like you.

Coaching may help if...

  • You're facing a big decision and want to think it through clearly.
  • Your faith is changing and you want space to explore it without being steered.
  • You're leaving ministry, or rethinking your calling or career.
  • Life is okay, but you want it to line up more with what you value.
  • You live outside Florida, Missouri, or Colorado and want to work with us.

Therapy might be better if...

  • You're in immediate danger or crisis right now (please call or text 988, or 911).
  • You're working through trauma, depression, anxiety, or another mental health concern.
  • You want a diagnosis or care that insurance may cover.

Not sure which one you need? That's a good first conversation. We'll help you figure it out.

Why I love coaching

“I love helping people hear their own voice again, especially when they've spent years being told what to want.”

Therapy focuses on healing: trauma, mental health, and the wounds that keep us stuck. Coaching is more forward-facing, focused on clarity, decisions, and living in line with your values. It isn't a clinical service and doesn't involve diagnosis, and we don't use EMDR or other trauma-processing work in coaching sessions. If that kind of healing is what you need, we'll talk about whether therapy is a better fit.

Yes. Coaching happens online, so you can join from anywhere, including outside the states where we're licensed to provide therapy.

Not at all. Faith can be part of the conversation if you want it to be: held, questioned, or left aside. We follow your lead.

Many people start every other week and adjust from there. Coaching is often shorter-term, though some people stay on for ongoing support.

We'll talk about it honestly. If you live in a state where we're licensed, you can switch to therapy with us. If not, we'll help you find someone good near you.
