“I practiced in Florida for years before we moved west, and many of my Florida clients still meet with me online. Some fly out for an intensive when they're ready to go deeper.”

Who you'd work with in Florida
Meet Colby Wilkins, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI). Colby works with adults who have held it together for a long time, until anxiety, anger or old coping habits start running the show. He especially enjoys working with men learning to name and steady what they feel, couples in a season of disconnection, and people carrying developmental trauma. He offers EMDR alongside parts work, and his approach is unhurried and collaborative.
Meet Kat Wilkins, LMHC. Kat is an EMDRIA-certified trauma therapist and a Florida qualified supervisor. She offers EMDR, couples work and therapy intensives. Florida clients do intensives online, or travel to Colorado Springs for a few focused days.
We help with anxiety and burnout; anger, addiction and emotional overwhelm; trauma and PTSD, including CAPS-5 assessments; developmental and relational trauma; couples stuck in a painful pattern; and faith questions or religious harm. You need to be physically in Florida during each session. Not in Florida? Coaching is available anywhere.

Maybe I had not really been broken this whole time. Maybe I had been a human—flawed and still growing but full of light nonetheless.
